【Application Closed】ADC Artspace (Pan Asia Centre) Arts studio (Visual/Media Arts) Open for Leasing Application

The Hong Kong Arts Development Council (HKADC) invites local visual or media artists to submit leasing application for arts studios of ADC Artspace (Pan Asia Centre) located in Kwun Tong. ADC Artspace (Pan Asia Centre) offers five visual/media arts studios, with a term of two years and ten months, commencing from mid-November 2021. This project would not have been made viable without the generous sponsorship of Sino Group to lease the space at concessionary rate to HKADC and the funding support of the Home Affairs Bureau on the operation costs.
Interested individuals can now obtain application guidelines and application form for ADC Artspace (Pan Asia Centre) from the HKADC Administration Office (10/F, 1063 King’s Road, Quarry Bay, Hong Kong) during office hours, or download these documents from attachments below. Completed application (including application form, supplementary information and all supporting documents) must be deposited into the collection box located at the above address by 6:00pm on 23 December 2020 (Wednesday) the latest. Please mark “ADC Artspace (Pan Asia Centre) – Arts studio (Visual/Media Arts) Tenancy Application” on the envelope. Applications submitted by post will only be accepted if postmarked no later than the deadline. Submission by courier is also accepted but only if the pick-up date shown on the bill issued by the courier service provider is on or before the deadline. Late applications or applications submitted by fax, email or in any digital forms will not be processed.

“ADC Artspace (Genesis)” will be open to public in South Island Art Day for sharing ideas between artists and the public.

Opening hours: 12 noon – 8 p.m.

Over 13 galleries, arts spaces and artist studios in Southern District will be open for visit in the coming South Island Art Day. Visitors can interact with local and international artists and enjoy activities including talks, exhibitions, performances and guided tours.

ADC Artspace (Genesis) Studio – Third Term Tenancy Open for Leasing Application

Hong Kong Arts Development Council (HKADC) now invites qualified visual/media artists to submit application for leasing the studios of ADC Artspace (Genesis). The second term tenancy of the ADC Artspace (Genesis) located at Genesis in Wong Chuk Hang will expire on 31 October 2018. The tenancy period of the third term will be from 1 November 2018 to 31 October 2020. To encourage the development of visual/media artists studying arts diploma programmes or above or graduated for not more than three years, applicants may also apply for the HKADC’s “Arts Student/Graduate Rental Subsidy Scheme”. Qualified tenants will be provided 50% rental subsidy for a maximum of two years.

About ADC Artspace (Genesis)
ADC Artspace (Genesis) is located on 12/F, Genesis, 33-35 Wong Chuk Hang Road, Aberdeen. It is close to Wong Chuk Hang Station of the MTR South Island Line. The total floor area of ADC Artspace (Genesis) is about 10,254 ft2 and it is partitioned into 17 individual studios ranging from around 300 to 1,400 ft2. It aims to provide studios at concessionary rent to local visual/media artists.
